So, I have had my PS3 for maybe three weeks now and am looking to play new games.

So, in the last two days I have bought a few games.

1.  NHL2K8.  ALthough, I am a geek, I am also a sports lover.  It is funny cuz it confuses just about everyone I know.  :)  Go Blackhawks!
2.  Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls IV.  I have read so many good things about this.  I am a HUGE rpg fan, so I can hope it lives up to the hype.

 

Other games of note.
As much as I want to play Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, I refuse to pay $60 for a game that lasts 8-10 hours.  I don't mind the price as much as the pathetic amount of time it apparently has and very little replayability. 

The new Metal Gear Solid bored me.  That is cuz I don't really get into the shooter games.

I played Madden 09 and it actually angered me to the point where I had to take it back.  In one game (not even the whole game mind you), I had 4 fumbles and 4 interceptions.  It was horrible. 

I am having fun with Assassin's Creed.  It is fun to sneak up and kill people.  Especially with a sword. 

My girlfriend is going crazy over the fact that Little Big Planet comes out in a month.  She is so excited it is a bit frightening.

Ghostbusters.  GOD DAMN IT.  Activision apparently pulled out and the game (although almost completely finished) is not getting released in October.  God knows when it will be.

Final Fantasy 13.  I hope they don't push it back!
